**Job Description:**

As a United Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be an ambassador for our brand and a first point of contact for our guests. The role involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a professional demeanor under all circumstances.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft cabin is prepared for the flight

– Assist in the boarding process and provide a warm welcome to passengers

– Deliver in-flight service, including meals and beverages, and manage sales of duty-free goods

– Address passengers’ inquiries and provide assistance as needed

– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight

– Manage emergency situations effectively should they arise

– Assist passengers in deplaning and ensure a smooth handover to ground staff

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

– Pass a rigorous background check and drug test

– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods

– Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferable

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Educational Qualifications:**

– A high school diploma or GED is required

– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety are advantageous

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is highly valued but not mandatory
