**Description:**

As a United Airlines Flight Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The role involves engaging with a diverse group of people, managing in-flight services and responding efficiently to in-flight emergencies.

**Responsibilities:**

– Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure the plane is clean and ready for boarding.

– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide onboard instruction.

– Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard duty-free items.

– Attend to passengers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.

– Administer and coordinate emergency medical care as necessary.

– Ensure safety standards and procedures are executed according to airline protocols.

– Provide clear and concise communication during regular operations and emergencies.

– Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or GED equivalent. Higher education is advantageous.

– Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

– Capability to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Compliance with vaccination policies and other health-based regulations.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Physically fit to meet the demands of the role including the ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and lift items up to 35 pounds.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

– Further certifications in Hospitality, Safety, or related fields are beneficial.

**Experience:**

– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desired.

– Previous airline-related experience is not required but can be advantageous.
