As a Technology Analyst, you will be an essential player in supporting our Cybersecurity Engineering Enablement Team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Technology and Analysis Support: Provide guidance and support on engineering services related to Identity Federation (PingFederate), Identity Administration and Governance, OpenText Identity Manager, and Directory Services (AD and eDirectory).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, delivering solutions that meet high standards for quality and effectiveness.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Alignment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to ensure solutions align with requirements, comply with departmental standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project and Process Management: Monitor project timelines, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communications to ensure smooth progress toward project goals.
  • Technical Documentation and Training: Document requirements, procedures, and specifications; mentor colleagues on technical and business topics, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient Knowledge of Business and Technical Environments: Solid grasp of business analysis, process modeling, and redesign; expertise in technical environments and software development methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Ability to assess and troubleshoot medium to large-scale business or technical issues, offering well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Skilled in working with diverse teams and external partners, bringing clear, concise communication and a collaborative spirit to every interaction.
  • Documentation and Requirement Building: Capable of developing and maintaining requirements, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Project Flexibility and Multi-tasking: Experience managing multiple assignments, maintaining high standards of completion, and mentoring others to achieve similar results.

Preferred Experience:

  • Identity & Access Management: Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, such as user lifecycle management, Identity Governance, and least-privileged access.
  • Technical Competence: Knowledge of Identity Federation tools like PingFederate or Okta is preferred, along with a strong foundation in managing technology platforms and architecture.

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training.
  • Experience: Intermediate-level experience with a robust understanding of IT operations, programming, systems/software development, or a related IT field.
