Position Overview
In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a vital component of our operational framework, ensuring that our daily activities are executed with precision and efficiency. Partnering closely with our Operations Team Lead, you will engage in a diverse array of tasks that bolster both our internal mechanisms and client-related interactions. This position is tailored for a proactive self-starter who is enthusiastic about learning, organized, and seeking comprehensive exposure to corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain and update client and prospect information within our CRM system.
- Documentation Review: Prepare and manage new account documents, ensuring thoroughness and regulatory compliance.
- Operational Assistance: Support daily office activities, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and correspondence management.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the operations team on special projects, contributing to research and strategic implementation.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate events and social gatherings for employees.
- Office Oversight: Manage office supplies, maintain organized common areas, and liaise with vendors.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and advance within the company.
