POSITION OBJECTIVE: ·
Provide continuous support and accompaniment to the student on the development of their virtual courses, promoting their timely participation in established academic activities. And it contributes significantly to student satisfaction with the virtual modality and to reducing the dropout rate.
FUNCTIONS:
Provide telephone follow-up to students in the first cycles.
Guide students to complete their activities in the virtual classroom.
Resolve student queries related to navigation and use of the learning platform, such as: access, videoconferences, participation in forums, sending assignments, among others.
Attend and motivate the students in your charge, in order to ensure their participation in the activities of the virtual course.
Report and carry out the appropriate and timely escalation of problems related to the platform and the development of the courses when they are presented to your immediate boss.
Meet the weekly contactability objective. (Quote for calls, messages, sending emails, among others) using the means of communication and customer management that the university establishes.
Prepare student contactability reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial, Business, Communication Sciences, Administration, Marketing or similar.
Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Management of customer management systems.
Database management.
Learning platform: Blackboard, Moodle or another similar.
Minimum 01 year in similar positions.
