Additional Information
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings based on demand.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with the potential for some remote work after an initial training period.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic IT support team reporting to the Help Desk Manager.
