Key Responsibilities:
• Diary and Appointment Management: Masterfully organise the CEO’s diary, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments.
• Financial Administration: Oversee payroll processing and invoicing, ensuring accurate records and timely transactions.
• Operational Support: Manage the processing of company invoices and receipts, assist in preparing financial reports, and support budgeting activities.
