Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
