Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a part-time weekend position. The position involves working under 4 hours per day, offering an excellent hourly rate, and comes with benefits such as health and dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Provide product and service information to customers

– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem

– Maintain customer records by updating account information

– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

– Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to handle stress and stay calm in difficult situations

– Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and practices

– Must be available to work weekends

Educational Qualifications:
