This is a part-time, onsite position in Worldwide Golf’s office in Joliet, IL. Worldwide Golf is one of the largest golf companies in the US, giving you growth opportunities and the ability to learn new skills. Customer Service Team Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.

Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Job

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Assist customers over the phone and via email with order placement, troubleshooting, and post purchase needs while providing exceptional customer service
• Work with our knowledgeable team in assisting customers with questions about a wide array of golf products including clubs, apparel, golf balls, and accessories
• Follow up with previous customers to build loyalty and bring in add-on sales
• Work within multiple Order Management Systems to assist customers from all sales channels
• Engage in product knowledge and custom fitting training directly with vendor reps from brands like TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, and Mizuno.

Qualifications Desired:
• 1+ years of work experience is preferred (entry-level candidates are still welcome to apply!)
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus, but not required
• Golf background or golf industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Work experience in customer service or customer-facing job (retail, restaurant, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to create customer engagement via phone and email and turn leads into sales
• Above-average computer skills including POS software, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to provide timely follow-up with customers and vendors
