What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
– Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
– Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment on the lot
– Educate customers on products and services offered
– Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
– High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
