Clinical Documentation Specialist

Job Description

As a Clinical Documentation Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Collect wound assessments based on payer requirements. Review clinical information and assess wound progression for patients on V.A.C. ® Therapy. Develop and manage customer relationships creating loyalty with Clinical Providers. Collaborate with other 3M+KCI team members to provide continuity of care, resolving higher level account management issues, and communicating physician call support. Effectively using business and clinical data in accordance with 3M+KCI policies. Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production expectations based on department priorities.

 

Job Qualifications

One (1) year of experience making outbound calls in a private, public, government, or military environment

Experience with interpretation of medical records
