What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Schedule and coordinate rides to medical facilities for customers
– Assist in coordinating mass transportation when necessary
– Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program
– Resolve problems by working closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities
– Assign reservations to network providers for efficient use of vehicle resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
– High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers
– 6 months to 1 year of  customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
– Prior experience in an inbound call center preferred
– Excellent customer service and phone skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Ability to work independently or within a team
– High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
