### **Description**

As a Junior Flight Attendant, you’ll be an essential part of our cabin crew, dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their journey. This role requires commitment to excellent customer interactions, flexibility in a dynamic environment, and adherence to our strict safety standards.

### **Responsibilities**

– Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers aboard American Airlines flights.

– Conduct pre-flight briefings on safety and emergency procedures.

– Demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensure accessibility.

– Provide special attention to passengers with special needs, and assist all passengers as necessary.

– Serve food and beverages and sell onboard duty-free items.

– Handle minor medical situations or emergencies that arise during flights.

– Maintain a professional and composed presence in varied situations.

### **Requirements**

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; further certifications in hospitality or safety are a plus.

– Ability to pass a stringent background and drug screening process.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

– Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

– Must be able to attend and pass a rigorous training program.

– Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and stretch with ease during lengthy flights.

– Weight and height must be proportionate so that physical tasks such as lifting and fit in aircraft cabin conditions can be safely accomplished.
