We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Technical Designer to help create an ambitious, multi-platform AAA game.
As a Senior Technical Designer, you will collaborate closely with the design team to efficiently implement features and content in a smart, robust, and innovative way. Your role will be critical in amplifying the team’s capabilities, making the most of their strengths, and pushing boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your Unreal Engine expertise to guide and mentor other designers.
- Enhance the technical proficiency and rigor of the design team by promoting best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement workflow and tool improvements.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and deliver practical, creative solutions.
- Develop robust, maintainable content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint.
- Write design specifications, review them with stakeholders, and make data-driven adjustments.

- Strong understanding of 3D math fundamentals.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical design role.
- Shipped at least one title using Unreal Engine.
- Experience with multiplayer game development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for designing, building, and delivering video games.
Preferred Skills
- Programming experience with Python, C#, and/or Lua.
- Artistic and animation skills for early gameplay prototyping (e.g., the ability to model, rig, and animate simple placeholder assets).
