Our client has scaled and holds a unique position in the market to identify white spaces. The Sales Manager will support the Partner of the firm to lead strategic sales initiatives and define sales strategies to build the solution sales department. They have developed a very smart solution that fills a white space in SAP across industry.

We want to hear from Sales Executives with experience building and developing business in Life Science or Production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:

Formulate and implement varied sales strategies for our solution business products, determining the best sales channels for each.

Campaign Management:

Develop and manage targeted sales campaigns, coordinating efforts both internally and externally.

Material Development:

Design persuasive sales materials and assist in Request for Proposal (RfP) processes.

Lead Generation:

Actively seek out potential customers and initiate lead generation activities, including cold calls and emails when necessary.

Collaboration:

Partner closely with the leadership team and marketing to ensure sales efforts align with the company’s overall goals.

Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of production or process industry is essential. Knowledge of the life science industry is a strong plus.

Sales Management Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in Sales within a software product company.

SAP Experience:

Experience with SAP sales activities is beneficial but not required.
