3. Provide information on flight status, travel policies, and other related inquiries.

4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.

7. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Educational Qualifications:
