We are a well-established E-commerce company founded in 2007, based in Denmark, specializing in selling men’s accessories worldwide.
We are currently looking for an awesome new colleague to join our team. The role involves helping us deliver great customer service across the globe, balancing efficiency and quality, while also translating our marketing content from English to German.
Your responsibilities :
- Delivering a 5-star experience to our customers via Email, Phone, Chat 💬
- Supporting all languages thanks to our AI-powered translation tools, allowing us to break the language barrier and communicate effectively with customers worldwide 🌎
- Translation from English to German of product descriptions, emails and other website contents ✏️
- The job requires approx. 20 to 25 hours per week. More during high season (Black Friday and Christmas).
About You:
- You speak and write German as a native speaker. 🇩🇪
- You speak and write English fluently. If you also master Polish it will be a highly appreciated bonus 🇵🇱
- You have relevant experience in customer service.
- You are kind, empathetic and can easily put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex customer service issues effectively.
- You have an open mind and are willing to adapt to working with our platforms.
- You have the appropriate working tools, including 1 large screen 1920×1080 pixels min, a headset, and a stable internet connection.
